How to Get Your Lead Safe Certification

For the property managers and landlords in Cleveland, getting your lead safe certification can be considered a 3-Step Process.

Step 1

Perform a thorough environmental clean before our lead inspectors perform the Lead Clearance Test. This ensures you can combine steps 2 and 3 to save yourself time and money while expediting the process.

Step 2

Order a Lead Clearance Test and a certified Lead inspector from Ohio lead training professional who will perform a visual lead inspection before being able to perform the Lead Clearance Test.

Step 3

If the property passes the visual inspection, our Lead Clearance Technician proceeds to perform the Lead Clearance Test, where we gather at least 12 samples from the property, the floor, the windows and other designated areas. These samples are sent to the lab. If the property passes, the results are sent on to the city of building and housing and the Lead Safe Certificate is usually issued within 3-4 weeks.
